Its official¬† …our cookbook has now arrived in the shops!

“Tea with Bea” features all the favourite recipes from the shops – everything from Red Velvet Cake to Raspberry Marshmallows. To celebrate the launch of the book, Bea is hosting a series of “Bake the Book” class on Friday evenings at our Bloomsbury bakery. The book will be available to buy in both shops (Price is £15) as soon as we unpack the boxes!

When one first looks into our shop window, they immediately see the wedding cake models, which are lovely. However, that means people miss the things we have for breakfast:

our fabulous freshly baked muffins (like banana chocolate chip, rhubarb crumb, and wild blueberry)

our greek yogurt with honey and freshly made granola, filled with pecans, coconut, and orange zest

our mini apple tarts and cherry galettes (egg free!)

our american-style scones, super creamy orange and dried cranberry flavoured

and of course the super smooth and fantastic fairtrade and organic coffee from Burgil coffee–famous for their cafe Climpson and Sons in Hackney.

So come in for breakfast, and we hope to add exotic fruit salad (with passionfruit and mango), and perhaps some savoury breakfast items as well!
